We request full payment for all services, including the multi-session packages and promotions, to secure your Organizing session(s). If you decide to end your session early than the allotted time frame, you will lose the balance of time.
If you book an appointment, you can reschedule it once at no charge within 48 or more hours by going to your appointment reminder email sent by Acuity (our scheduling portal).
Life happens; we understand. Please reach out via telephone to cancel a session if it becomes necessary.
Our all-inclusive pricing includes all time spent doing hands-on organizing, planning, research, and traveling within a 30-mile radius of 32223. Any travel time over 1 hour to a project destination is an add-on pre-paid flat fee of $50 per session.
We bill in 30-minute increments for additional time at the A-La-Carte rate of $85 per hour if we go over the allotted scheduled session.
We accept cash and all major credit cards through contactless payment systems online for your convenience. All services, multi-session packages, and unused session hours are non-refundable and non-transferable. Gift Certificates can be given to one person once a consultation has been made and are non -refundable and non-transferable. All packages expire within six-months from the date of purchase.
All sessions and service packages expire within one year from the date of purchase and are non-refundable. Gift Cards are valid for one year from the purchase date and are non-transferable, non-refundable, or redeemable for the cash value.
We will recommend storage solutions that may suit your goals, design aesthetic, and budget. However, we can also repurpose what you already own. Storage solutions, supplies and materials are to be purchased in advance of each session if applicable.
Clients permit Tailored Nest to use testimonials and photos anonymously and without remuneration for marketing materials, including print and online. Tailored Nest may use all photos taken for session planning, research, product shopping, and before and after the project.
The Client will review all materials that we recommend to be disposed of through recycling, shredding, donation, resale, or any other means. We help the Client make decisions, but the final decision is always the Client's to make. The Client agrees that we are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by the Client's failure to review or inspect any discarded items carefully. The Client agrees that the homeowner's or renter's policy is the primary insurance policy for any property damage claim.
We work closely with our clients in an intimate setting. Should we feel unsafe at any point in the process, we reserve the right to refuse service and withhold the right to terminate any contract at any time for any reason.
