We request a 50% deposit to secure your organizing session with us.
We will collect the balance at the end of the session. Multi-package sessions and promotions require payment in full in order to book an appointment.
If you book an appointment, you can reschedule it once at no charge with 48 or more hours by going to your appointment reminder email sent by Acuity (our scheduling portal).

Our rate includes all time spent performing hands-on organizing, planning, research, and communication. We bill in 30-minute increments. Additional services are at the A-La-Carte rate.
We accept cash, all major credit cards through Square, Apple Pay, and other payment apps through contactless payment systems. All services, multi-session packages, gift certificates and eGift cards are final (non-refundable) and non-transferable.
All sessions and service packages expire within six months from the date of purchase. Gift Cards and eGift Cards are valid for one year from the purchase date and are not redeemable for the cash value.
The client will purchase all organizing supplies if deemed necessary based on their budget and goals.
Clients permit Tailored Nest to use testimonials anonymously and without remuneration for marketing materials, including print and online. Any photos taken are private and for session-planning and product shopping only. We never share before-and-after photos publicly unless the client agrees in writing.
The Client will review all materials that we recommend to be disposed of through recycling, shredding, donation, resale, or any other means. We help the Client make decisions, but the final decision is always the Client's to make. The Client agrees that we are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by the Client's failure to review or inspect any discarded items carefully. The Client agrees that the homeowner's or renter's policy is the primary insurance policy for any property damage claim.
We work closely with our clients in an intimate setting. Should we feel unsafe at any point in the process, we reserve the right to refuse service and withhold the right to terminate any contract at any time for any reason.
