The goal is to create a well-designed home for every item you own and to create systems to sort and contain any new things you bring into your home. Part of organizing is to curate items and purge items that no longer serve us. You keep what you love and bless someone else with the things that you don't need or want.
Each client and each project is unique. Generally, the length of time your project takes to complete will depend on the size of your space, the number of items in that space, and how quickly you can make decisions about your stuff. Also, keep in mind that getting organized is a process, and having a plan of action will keep us on-task and focused on accomplishing your goals.
No, but we often repurpose storage bins, shelving, dividers, boxes, etc. that you already own. If you do decide that you would like to use additional products, we will determine a budget for those supplies.
During our initial sessions, the sorting process may go much faster if you were present to authorize which items we will be donating or discarding. After the sorting process, we can work independently on the project by categorizing, labeling, and styling your pieces!
